Description
These devices contain two independent 2-wide 2-input AND-OR-INVERT gates with one gate expandable. They perform the Boolean function Y = AB+ CD with X and X left open. The SN5450 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of – 55 °C to 125 °C. The SN7450 is characterized for operation from O °C to 70 °C.
